I decided to put together a collection of work for 2009. I wanted to start cataloging some of my work for reference / laughs (I’m never satisfied and usually end up looking back at my work and cringing!) Not a for sale piece just my own personal history. The work is both a blend of clients, explorations and some fooling around. I have 72 Type treatments, 13 illustrations and a bunch of apparel graphics. You can see the entire spread here.

From band merch, custom fonts, custom illustrations, some custom lettering for my friends out west etc etc etc. All in all it’s been an interesting couple of weeks. Above is a little glimpse in to the “LAB”. I have decided to cut back to just a few clients and start the process of re branding both the company and the direction I want to take it in. If you know me you know the plan is to design in and around the extreme sports arena. Setting monthly goals and refining skillz!

The move to cut back on clients is also strategic in giving me more time to develop custom fonts and custom illustrations for sale in the shop. Keep an eye out as I have several new updates already done and ready to launch!

From main stream rock to country rodeo shirts. All in all it has been awesome pushing my skills in different directions and learning / playing with new techniques. With all the work it has taken me away from building custom fonts and building new illustrations but totally worth it.
